This past Saturday, the Scottish Rite Masons of California gathered in San Francisco for one of the most prestigious events in our Masonic calendar—the 2025 Honours Ceremony, celebrating those Brethren who have been appointed to receive the Knight Commander of the Court of Honour (KCCH) and the Thirty-Third Degree, Inspector General Honorary, the highest recognition within the Southern Jurisdiction.

Held in the stately grandeur of the San Francisco Scottish Rite Cathedral, the day brought together families, friends, and fellow Masons from every corner of the state to witness this deeply meaningful milestone. These honors are not simply recognitions—they are a reaffirmation of commitment, character, and continued service to the Craft. The atmosphere was one of reverence, pride, and fraternal love.

A Youthful Voice of Inspiration: Kylie Anderson

Adding a refreshing and inspirational touch to the proceedings, the California Scottish Rite Foundation's newly appointed Youth Ambassador, Kylie Anderson, delivered the keynote address. Kylie spoke eloquently about the transformative power of the RiteCare Childhood Language Centers and the impact of Scottish Rite philanthropy on the lives of young people like herself. Her words struck a chord with everyone in attendance and served as a heartfelt reminder of the mission that underpins our fraternity.

Her presence on such a revered stage was symbolic in itself—a bridge between generations, a beacon for the future of the Scottish Rite, and a testimony to the lasting good we do as Masons.

The Honours Ceremony not only celebrated individual achievement—it also highlighted the enduring values and vision of Scottish Rite Masonry in California. Each new KCCH and 33° recipient carries forward the legacy of those who came before, while laying the foundation for those who will one day follow.

We extend our warmest congratulations to all the Honourees and offer our deepest thanks to Ill. Frank Loui S.G.I.G emeritus, the 33° Brethren, families, and Valley leaders who made this event so memorable.
